Claire's house is really progressing along nicely. The house has been painted the trim is installed (trim is what you call the staircase, the windows have wood trim, baseboard is installed, interior doors hung, etc.).
Near the end of construction the painters will come back to the job and touch up the paint and make sure everything is just right.

Welcome to another update for Claire's house. Quite a bit has taken place since the last post. The seasons have changed and there is a house to see. I love this plan that Claire chose it has some great features. The porch is super can't you imagine rocking chairs and red geraniums in the summer.
The door installation is not quite complete still needs the sidelites put in.

Claire's house was started back in September at this time grading of the lot has taken place and foundation been laid by the brick masons. Framing of the house is taking place at this time putting in floor system and then finishing with the upper floor and roof.
Justin Beachum (owner/general contrator) is hands on and checks on every aspect of the building process.
There is a lot of choices and decisions to be made in the course of construction.
